We’re so excited to host your creative retreat. This guide includes everything you need for your stay — from house details and craft room information to some of our favorite Parkville restaurants and shops.

Whether you're quilting, sewing, crafting, or simply enjoying time with friends, we hope the sanctuary feels like a peaceful creative home during your stay.

Your retreat includes full access to the sanctuary for your group, including comfortable sleeping accommodations, a dedicated craft studio, and inviting common spaces to relax and gather.

Guests enjoy:

  • A spacious craft studio designed for quilting and crafting retreats

  • Large work tables with plenty of room for projects

  • Cutting and pressing stations

  • A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals

  • Coffee and tea station

  • WiFi throughout the house

The heart of the sanctuary is the dedicated craft studio, designed to give every guest room to spread out and create.

Features include:

  • Large workspaces for each guest

  • Cutting and pressing stations

  • Design wall space

  • Comfortable seating for long creative sessions

  • Plenty of natural light

The Craft Studio


Check-in begins at 2:00 PM
Check-out is 11:00 AM

Parking is available in the driveway.

Detailed arrival instructions, entry information, and your personal door code will be sent to you through your reservation confirmation prior to your stay.

WiFi information will be provided to guests through their reservation details prior to arrival.

WiFi is available throughout the house, including the craft studio.

House WiFi


The sanctuary uses Alexa devices to control many of the lights and ceiling fans throughout the home.

Guests can simply say commands such as:

Alexa, turn on the craft room lights
Alexa, turn off the kitchen lights
Alexa, turn on the fan

Traditional wall switches can also be used if preferred.

Smart Home Controls


Before checkout, please help us prepare the sanctuary for the next retreat by:

  • Running the dishwasher

  • Placing all trash in the large outdoor trash can

  • Turning off lights and irons before leaving
