How many guests can stay at My Sister's Sewing Sanctuary?
Our retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in 12 individual beds spread across five bedrooms, making it ideal for quilting groups, scrapbook retreats, knitting weekends, sewing guilds, and other creative gatherings.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. We require a 2-night minimum Sunday through Wednesday and a 3-night minimum Thursday through Saturday.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 9:00 AMIf you need special arrangements, please contact us before your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate your group.
Is parking available?
Yes! Free on-site parking is available for up to 12 vehicles. We ask that guests follow the parking guide provided before arrival to ensure easy access for everyone.
Is the retreat accessible?
The main level includes a wheelchair accessible bedroom, restroom, kitchen, and crafting space, making it accessible for many guests. Please contact us with any specific accessibility questions before booking.

What crafting amenities are included?
We've stocked the retreat with many of the essentials so you can travel lighter, including:
12 dedicated sewing stations
Design walls
Cutting stations
Ironing stations
Rotary cutters and rulers
Wool pressing mats
Power at every station
Excellent lighting
Comfortable office chairs
Fast Wi-Fi
You're welcome to bring your own favorite tools as well.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the retreat.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee makers, serving pieces, and everything you'll need to prepare meals for your group.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels are provided for every guest.
Do you provide sewing machines?
Upon request only and depends on availability. Please request as far in advance as possible.
